Permitted use
The platform may only be used to contact applicants already participating in a recruitment process with [Company legal name], for interview invitations, reminders, confirmations, rescheduling notices, application updates and related follow-up.
Prohibited use
Newsletters, advertising, unsolicited sales outreach, purchased or scraped lists, and any communication to people without an existing relationship are prohibited.
Sending safeguards
Bounced, complained and opted-out contacts are excluded. Batches are capped at 500 recipients and sending may be stopped at any time.
